“Here at Speedifix Pools, we need to ensure that our staff are able to access vital documents both in the office and on the go. Previously we were using a central file server that allowed staff in the office to access and work on files simultaneously but did not allow our engineers and remote workers access to their files on mobile devices.
With this in mind, Curveball showed us how Office 365 could ensure our staff maintain access to vital documents as they did before, but now they can make use of their smartphones by utilising the mobile Office applications and replacing the need for a file server.
