    Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQ’s

    By Jane Moriarty | Articles, Business, Business Continuity, News | 0 comment | 23 March, 2020 | 6

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation escalating daily, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how Curveball Solutions is responding to the epidemic.

We’re committed to delivering full continuity of our service to the very best of our ability, both to our clients and the wider business community, whilst at the same time protecting the health and safety of our colleagues.

How are we protecting our employees?

    Remote Working

The majority of our team are working from home, making use of remote technology resources to stay connected with our clients, each other and the wider community. We have two members of our management team attending Curveball HQ on a regular basis to manage deliveries. These colleagues are of course strictly adhering to social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

    Virtual Meetings

All scheduled face-to-face meetings have been replaced with conference calls. If you have a meeting scheduled with a member of our team, they will be in touch with you regarding the change of format.

How are we supporting our clients?

    Delivering on support requests

Despite the majority of our team working from home, we continue to deliver on our SLA’s by responding to support requests quickly and efficiently.

    Establishing effective remote working

We are supporting our clients to continue serving their customers as far as possible. We’re doing this by working hard to provide work from home solutions that allow office based employees to:

    • answer customer calls on their mobiles
    • easily contact colleagues, customers and suppliers through telephone, email and messaging
    • safely and easily access work and email
    • collaborate and share files – allowing colleagues to work together as if they were in the office
    • take part in telephone and video conference meetings

If as a business you have not yet fully established effective remote working practices, this article can provide advice: Working from home.

    What can our clients expect?

We don’t expect our clients to notice any difference to how we work together. However, if there is any disruption to our supply chains we will provide updates directly.

You can continue to contact us and request support in the usual manner during opening hours.

If we have not answered your question here, or you would like some advice, do not hesitate to get in touch.
